Community Resource Network of Florida is seeking a caregiver who is fun, compassionate, and dependable to support an individual with I/DD in achieving independence and a better quality of life.

This position is offered as an independent contractor, not as an employee. Pay is $16.00 per hour, with a schedule Monday through Friday 2:30pm-6:30pm and weekends 10am-6pm. Responsibilities include ADL support, transfers, hygiene, and community activities.

Qualifications

• 1 year of caregiving experience or technical training.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Must pass Local and Level 2 Background Screening.
• 18 years of age or older.

Responsabilités

• Encourage and support the individual during home activities.
• Assist with personal hygiene tasks.
• Meal preparation and light cleaning.
• Ensure the individual's safety and a safe living environment.
• Accompany the individual to social events and community outings.
• Promote communication, choice, independence, and socialization.
• Complete daily progress notes.
