Job summary

Carrier Enterprise is seeking Part‑Time Branch Sales Associates for our New Orleans and Baton Rouge, LA locations. You will be the face of the branch, delivering exceptional customer service, sharing HVAC/R product knowledge, and supporting contractors with accurate orders and pricing.

The role offers part-time hours, opportunities to transition to full-time, and eligibility for limited company-sponsored benefits including the 401(k) plan when eligible.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing experience in retail or HVAC/R is preferred.
• Solid knowledge of HVAC/R products, equipment, and components.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide expert advice on HVAC/R products and supplies.
• Process customer orders accurately and ensure items are in stock and correctly priced.
• Maintain knowledge of inventory, pricing, and product specifications; assist with pricing discrepancies.
• Support warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, and cycle counts.
• Assist customers with troubleshooting and technical questions related to HVAC/R equipment.
• Upsell products and promote sales incentives while maintaining customer service standards.
