UPS is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee Package Handlers, train teams, and maintain safety, production, and attendance standards. The role emphasizes high productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, communication, cooperation, and safety across the operation.

The ideal candidate will have leadership experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse. A Bachelor's degree is preferred; experience in logistics is a plus.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent - Preferred.
• Management experience - Preferred.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed, compliant with OSHA and company rules.
• Manage department resources for maximum output, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Establish a positive, team-oriented environment with proactive communication and cooperation.
• Implement employee development plans to support ongoing growth.
• Provide orientation, training, and regular evaluations with coaching.
• Ensure ongoing adherence to safety policies by all staff.
