Job summary

UPS in Columbus, OH is seeking a qualified supervisor to oversee Package Handlers in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will train, develop and hold workgroups accountable for safety, production and attendance, while driving quality and efficiency across the department.

You will establish high performance standards, coordinate resources, and promote proactive communication among teams and with other departments. A bachelor's degree is preferred and management experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs / 32 kgs.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Preferred: Management experience.
