Job summary

You will lead safety and attendance programs, coordinate with departments, and implement personal development plans to support ongoing professional growth. This is a permanent, full-time position in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs / 32 kgs.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Supervises Package Handlers and trains, develops, and holds workgroups responsible for safety, production and attendance.
• Ensures safety policies and procedures are followed, in compliance with OSHA and corporate requirements.
• Leads efforts to improve productivity, accuracy, and inter-departmental cooperation.
