Job summary

UPS Phoenix Hub is seeking a part-time Hub Supervisor to oversee Package Handlers, train teams, and maintain safety, production and attendance standards. You will lead workgroups, promote collaboration and ensure operational efficiency in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities include enforcing safety policies, managing resources for maximum output, and developing staff through orientation and coaching.

Qualifications
