Job summary

UPS is seeking a Part-Time Preload Supervisor at our Hickory, NC facility. The role focuses on supervising, training, and developing workgroups to maintain safety, productivity, and accuracy while delivering excellent customer service.

You will lead training, ensure adherence to safety policies, and optimize resources for efficient operations. Strong communication, Office skills, and prior warehouse or management experience are desirable in this team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or international equivalent - Preferred.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs (32 kgs).
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Management experience - Preferred.
• Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
