Qualifications

• 3+ years of HR experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or HR Certification (SHRM training preferred).
• Working knowledge of Colorado employment law and compliance guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for employee inquiries on benefits, payroll, attendance, and HR policies.
• Address employee relations issues and document resolutions.
• Maintain HR files and systems; support audits and reporting.
• Assist with onboarding, scheduling safety trainings, and new hire documentation in Paylocity.
• Support performance reviews, salary benchmarking, and bonus communications.
• Plan and coordinate company events and employee engagement activities.
