Shaw University is seeking a part-time Human Resources Representative to support day-to-day HR operations under the Leader of Human Resources. The role is less than 30 hours per week and involves administering programs, policies, and procedures within the HR office.
Key duties include benefits administration, HR communications, onboarding, performance management support, employee relations assistance, compliance, and HRIS maintenance.
Reporting to the Leader of Human Resources, the PT Human Resources Representative handles the day-to-day operations of the Human Resource office. This PT position is assigned to work less than thirty (30) hours per week. The PT HR Representative is directly involved in the administration of the programs, policies, and procedures of the human resources department.

Possession of a valid driver's license and a good driving record as defined by Shaw; PHR preferred
