Qualifications

• 1–5 years’ experience as HR assistant or pursuing a relevant degree.

Responsibilities

• Assist HR Managers and Divisional HR Manager with record retention of employee files, medical files, and I-9 forms across multiple locations.
• Track employee leave, FMLA, ADA, and Worker's comp; maintain records.
• Maintain personnel and medical files; ensure proper document retention.
• Coordinate IT work orders for new hires (email, laptops) and for terminations (access removal, property return).
• Prepare reports related to leave/absences.
• Assist with job fairs, recruiting, attendance tracking, filing, and HR duties.
• Review invoices for background checks and coordinate with accounting.
• Support planning of employee engagement events and safety initiatives.
