Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Handle pre-hire tasks and post roles in ADP.
• Coordinate background checks and DMV checks as needed.
• Schedule onboarding travel including flights, hotels, and cars.
• Coordinate internal communications and onboarding logistics.
• Assist with planning wellness projects and company events.
