Elite-Recruiting- in Gillette, Wyoming is seeking a Senior HR Generalist to lead day-to-day HR operations for a growing local team. You will own full employee lifecycle and collaborate with the parent company’s HR leadership to balance hands-on execution with strategic initiatives.

The ideal candidate brings 4–6 years of HR experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and strong knowledge of HRIS/ATS. SHRM certifications are a plus and will support broader organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 4–6 years of progressive HR experience, independent contributor preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HR disciplines and employment laws.
• Experience with HRIS and ATS systems.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary on-site HR resource and advisor to employees and leadership.
• Manage daily HR operations and maintain HRIS data.
• Oversee benefits programs and payroll coordination.
• Lead full-cycle recruitment and onboarding.
• Coach managers on performance management and employee relations.
