Job summary

Elite Recruiting seeks a Senior HR Generalist to lead day-to-day human resources for a growing organization in Gillette, Wyoming. This on-site role supports roughly 30 employees and collaborates with the parent company’s HR leadership.

The ideal candidate brings broad HR experience, strong judgment, and the ability to balance hands-on duties with strategic workforce initiatives, including policy updates, recruitment, onboarding, and benefits management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 4–6 years of progressive Human Resources experience, including independent work.
• Broad knowledge of HR disciplines and employment laws (FLSA, FMLA, ADA, EEO).
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, and judgment skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary on-site HR resource and trusted advisor to employees and leadership.
• Manage daily HR operations, update policies, and maintain HRIS data.
• Lead full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and exit processes.
• Oversee benefits programs, open enrollment, and compensation questions.
