The position exists to keep guest rooms and select common areas clean, comfortable, and ready for arrivals—helping every guest start their stay on the right note.

Key responsibilities include cleaning and resetting rooms (dusting, vacuuming, polishing), changing linens and towels, replenishing amenities and supplies, noting and reporting maintenance

Your Shift Flow

You’ll clock in onsite, check in with the team on the day’s room list, and gather your cart and supplies. As the morning moves, you’ll rotate between quick touch-ups and full resets, adjusting your pace as check-outs and arrivals change. You’ll stay in steady contact with teammates to confirm room priorities, and you’ll flag anything that could affect a guest’s comfort so it can be addressed quickly. Between rooms, you’ll keep your workspace neat and your supplies stocked so you can finish the shift smoothly and hand off a clear status update before heading out.
