Sun Hospitality Resort Services is hiring a Part Time Houseman to help keep our resort clean, organized, and guest-ready. This entry-level, onsite role supports a great stay by keeping shared spaces and back-of-house areas running smoothly.

You’ll clock in with the housekeeping lead, work through busy periods, and help with room turnover and event spaces. A quick eye for anything off can help maintain guest satisfaction throughout shifts.

Key responsibilities include maintaining public-area cleanliness (lobbies, hallways, restrooms), helping set up meeting/event spaces, restocking linens and supplies, and assisting housekeeping with room turnover as needed. You’ll also spot and report maintenance concerns that could impact guest satisfaction.

A Typical Shift

You clock in, check in with the housekeeping lead, and get a quick rundown of what’s busiest that day. You move through the property keeping things looking sharp for arrivals, then pivot as needs change—maybe a last-minute room readiness push, a quick refresh of a high-traffic area, or a reset after an event.

Between tasks, you keep an eye out for anything that feels "off" (a scuffed wall, an empty dispenser, a loose handrail) and pass it along so it can be handled fast. By the end of your shift, the resort feels orderly and welcoming, and the team knows they can count on you when the pace picks up.
