Job summary

Best Western Royal Plaza Hotel & Trade Center in Marlborough, MA is seeking a part-time Housekeeping Supervisor to support the hotel’s housekeeping, inspection and laundry operations, ensuring high cleanliness standards and efficient daily workflow.

The role leads a team of room attendants, coordinates schedules, inspects guest rooms, communicates maintenance needs, maintains inventory, and upholds safety and service quality in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping/room’s division preferred.
• Must speak/read/write English and understand guest language.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities of housekeepers and inspectors to ensure uniform practices.
• Plan work schedules to distribute workload evenly.
• Inspect guest rooms and instruct on corrections to be made.
• Communicate maintenance and repair needs to Engineering and follow through.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and linen; prepare monthly reports.
