Job summary

ADP, Inc. seeks a Housekeeping Supervisor for a part-time role in Marlborough, MA. The candidate will oversee housekeeping, inspection and laundry operations to ensure efficient service and quality standards for guests.

The position requires coordinating staff, scheduling workloads, inspecting rooms, and communicating needs to Engineering. It also involves inventory control, training, and maintaining safety and hygiene across hotel common areas.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping/rooms division preferred.
• Must be able to speak, read, write and understand English.
• Working knowledge of word processing programs (Word) and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate housekeeping and inspector activities to follow standards.
• Plan work schedules to distribute workload.
• Inspect guest rooms and provide corrections.
• Communicate maintenance needs to Engineering Manager and follow through to completion.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and linen; prepare reports.
• Ensure safety practices and safe working conditions in hotel areas.
• Provide on-the-job training and develop cleaning methods.
• Assist with special projects.
