Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Change sheets, towels, restock supplies, vacuum, dust, and clean guest rooms.
• Deliver linens to the laundry department and inspect rooms daily for brand and IHM standards.
• Train new housekeeping staff on service standards and guest guarantees.
• Involve in preventative maintenance and maintain housekeeping stocks.
• Coordinate with maintenance and front desk on room readiness.
