Job summary

QSL Management is seeking a Part Time Housekeeper for Washington Commons by Barclay House to help maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment for residents. You will perform routine cleaning of resident rooms, offices, and common areas, use approved chemicals correctly, and ensure equipment is well maintained.

The role requires a caring heart, a High School Diploma or GED, prior housekeeping experience, and a willingness to work weekends and holidays as scheduled.

Qualifications

• Must have a caring heart and willingness to serve others.
• High School Diploma/GED Equivalent.
• Previous housekeeping experience preferred.
• Desire to work with seniors required.
• Must be able to work flexible schedule; including weekends and holidays as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for assuring that the facility is maintained in a clean, safe and sanitary manner.
• Performs routine cleaning of resident rooms, offices, clinical areas, waiting areas, lobbies, lounges, rest rooms, corridors, elevators and stairways.
• Utilizes the appropriate chemicals and supplies according to procedure and state requirements.
• Uses and maintains equipment properly, transports trash and hazardous waste to appropriate disposal area and replenishes supplies as required.
