Job summary

QSL Management is seeking a part-time Housekeeper for Barclay House of Augusta to maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment for residents and staff.

The role offers weekend hours (9 AM–3 PM) with some weekday flexibility. Responsibilities include cleaning resident rooms, offices, and common areas, using approved chemicals, and maintaining equipment while ensuring safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Must have a caring heart and willingness to serve others.
• High School Diploma/GED Equivalent.
• Previous housekeeping experience preferred.
• Desire to work with seniors required.
• Must be able to work flexible schedule; including weekends and holidays as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Maintains the facility in a clean, safe and sanitary manner.
• Performs routine cleaning of resident rooms, offices, clinical areas, waiting areas, lobbies, rest rooms, corridors, elevators and stairways.
• Uses appropriate chemicals and supplies according to procedure and state requirements.
• Uses and maintains equipment properly, transports trash and hazardous waste to disposal area and replenishes supplies as required.

We are currently looking for a Housekeeper for Barclay House of Augusta.

The position is part-time and include weekend hours 9-3 with an additional 2 days during the week. There is some flexibility with hours, which will be discussed during the interview.

Primary Responsibilities of the Housekeeper:

• Responsible for to assuring that the facility is maintained in a clean, safe and sanitary manner.
• Performs routine cleaning of resident rooms, offices, clinical areas, waiting areas, lobbies, lounges, rest rooms, corridors, elevators and stairways.
