Job summary

DuPage County in Wheaton, IL is seeking a part-time Housekeeper I at the Kenneth Moy Care Center to maintain cleanliness and sanitation across resident rooms and common areas, using established cleaning procedures and supplies.

The role offers training and has weekend shifts (Sat/Sun) not eligible for benefits. Pro-rated vacation, sick time, holiday pay and an IMRF pension are available for part-time staff.

Qualifications

• Completion of a High School Diploma or GED or demonstrated relevant work experience.
• High School students encouraged to apply; must meet employment process.
• Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Clean hallways, restrooms, and resident rooms following cleaning procedures.
• Disinfect surfaces, sweep, mop, change bed linens, and empty trash.
