Job summary

Robinwood Retirement Community in Bradenton, FL is seeking a Part-Time Housekeeper to help create a comfortable home for residents. You will clean apartments and common areas, learn residents’ cleaning preferences, and support a welcoming environment.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, safety, and timely laundering of linens, with opportunities to contribute to a resort-style community experience.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Available Monday–Friday 8:00am–12:30pm.
• Experience in housekeeping in hospitality, commercial or residential settings preferred.
• Ability to read, speak and understand basic English.

Responsibilities

• Welcome new residents and learn their cleaning preferences and adjust cleaning accordingly.
• Clean apartments and community spaces on a regular schedule (vacuum, mop, dust, kitchens, bathrooms, linens, trash, and seasonal tasks).
• Deep clean apartments after residents move out and care for vacant units for new residents.
• Clean and prepare model apartments and guest suites (vacuum, mop, sanitize, linens, restock, and check HVAC areas).
• Keep common areas clean, safe, and welcoming for residents and guests.
• Maintain housekeeping carts, closets, and storage areas; use approved cleaning products and PPE guidelines; wash and care for linens.
