Job summary

Resort Lifestyle Communities is seeking a Part-Time Housekeeper in Bradenton, FL. You will help maintain a comfortable home for residents, build connections with residents and team members, and perform general cleaning tasks in apartments and common areas.

The role requires 18+ years old, the ability to read and understand basic English, and availability Monday through Friday 8:00am to 12:30pm. Prior housekeeping experience is preferred, and EPA PPE guidelines are followed.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping in hospitality, commercial or residential setting preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to read, speak and understand basic English.

Responsibilities

• Welcome new residents and learn their cleaning preferences; adjust cleaning to meet needs.
• Clean apartments and community spaces on a regular schedule: vacuum, mop, dust, kitchens, baths, linens, trash, seasonal tasks.
• Deep clean vacant apartments after move-out and prep for new residents.
• Clean and prep model apartments and guest suites; sanitize, restock, HAC area checks.
• Keep common areas clean, safe, and welcoming for residents and guests.
• Maintain housekeeping carts, closets, and storage; follow PPE guidelines and wash linens promptly.
