Job summary

HarborChase, LLC. is seeking a part-time Housekeeper to clean common areas and resident rooms at our Florida senior living community. Rotating weekends are required.

Responsibilities include vacuuming, dusting, sanitizing restrooms, washing linens, handling laundry, and keeping storage areas safe and organized.

Qualifications include a high school diploma, at least one year in a senior healthcare setting preferred, OSHA safety practices, and the ability to lift items.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school education.
• Minimum one-year experience in a senior community or healthcare environment preferred.
• Knowledge of OSHA standards and safety procedures preferred.
• Understand the steps for fire evacuation.

Responsibilities

• Cleans common areas including lobby, guest restrooms, and hallways.
• Vacuum carpets and upholstered furniture; dust surfaces and fixtures.
• Sanitizes restrooms, handrails and disinfects surfaces; cleans glass and doors.
• Launders resident linens and handles laundry according to schedule.
• Stores supplies safely and maintains infection control standards.
• Maintains a safe, clean environment and reports hazards.
• Adheres to uniform and name badge guidelines.
