Job summary

Associa is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to join our team. The role involves keeping buildings clean by cleaning rooms, bathrooms, and common areas, stocking supplies, and ensuring high standards of cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of general maintenance requirements, safety and reporting.
• Knowledge of state/local safety regulations.
• Knowledge of custodial equipment and procedures.
• Ability to interpret verbal and/or written instructions at a proficient level.
• Professional customer service skills.
• Time management and prioritization abilities.
• Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish fluent).
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0–3 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Performs housekeeping duties, including emptying trash, wiping counters, stocking towels and shower products.
• Empties towels bins and sends to laundry.
• Cleans areas including furniture, phones, fixtures, walls, windows, blinds and vents.
• Sweeps, mops, and vacuums all area floors and restrooms.
• Cleans restrooms and replenishes supplies.
• Performs general cleaning, light floor care and special event setups.
• Collects and removes trash and recyclables.

The Housekeeper is responsible for keeping buildings clean by picking up trash, sweeping, and mopping,as well as cleaning bathrooms and ensuring they are fully stocked with toilet paper, paper towels, andsoap.

$1000 Sign on bonus.

Part time 20-25 hours per week.
Morning to midafternoon to include weekends.

Duties include but are not limited to

• Performs housekeeping functions, including emptying trash receptacles, wiping down counters, stocking towels and shower products.
• Empties used towel bins to be sent to the laundry.
• Clean assigned areas including furniture, telephones, fixtures, walls, windows, window sills,blinds and vents.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum all area floors, rest rooms and break areas.
• Clean rest room facilities and replenish supplies.
• Perform general cleaning, light floor care and special event set ups.
• Collect and remove trash and recyclables.

Requirements

• Knowledge of general maintenance requirements, (documentation, safety, required reporting,regulations, etc.)
• Knowledge of State or local governmental safety requirements
• Knowledge of equipment associated with custodial trades.
• Interpretation and completion of verbal and/or written instructions at a proficient level.
• Professional customer service skills.
• Time management and time critical prioritization skills.
• Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish fluent)
• High School Diploma or GED Required
• 0 -- 3 years of directly related or closely related experience
