The Part-Time Housekeeper at Springhill Suites by Marriott Charlotte Southwest is responsible for cleaning and preparing guest rooms, hallways, and public areas in the hotel.

Essential Functions

1. Follow company and brand procedures in cleaning and preparing guest rooms.
2. Complete pre-cleaning duties such as stocking supplies and linen for the housekeeping cart.
3. Remove trash and dirty linen from guest rooms.
4. Perform repetitive duties such as bed making and bathroom cleaning.
5. Replace bed linens and replenish guest room supplies.
6. Conduct deep cleaning activities in conjunction with the maintenance department.
7. Interact with guests and team members in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
8. Maintain regular attendance as scheduled.
9. Maintain personal appearance and grooming standards.
10. Thoroughly clean and restock assigned guest rooms per shift.
11. Complete special requests from guests or other departments.
12. Report maintenance issues or lost and found items to supervisor.
13. Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

1. Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

3. Strong attention to detail.
4. Physical ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift.
