Position Purpose and Summary

The Housekeeping Attendant (or "Housekeeper") position demonstrates and promotes a strong commitment to providing the best possible experience for our guests and associates. The role involves cleaning guest rooms in accordance with company guidelines and procedures.

Major / Key Job Duties

• Provide a 100% commitment to delivering excellent guest and associate experiences.
• Clean assigned guest rooms following company standards, policies, and procedures.
• Maintain housekeeping carts, cart rooms, and laundry areas to company standards.
• Stock carts and cart rooms as needed or directed by management.
• Report maintenance issues directly to the front desk or manager on duty.
• Report any guest property left in rooms to the front desk or manager on duty.
• Assist with guest requests and provide reasonable accommodations when possible.
• Follow all safety and security policies and procedures.

Other Duties

• Assist in cleaning other hotel areas as assigned, including but not limited to the associate breakroom, guest laundry, fitness room, vending areas, stairwells, and common areas.
• Maintain overall hotel cleanliness.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
