Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness in public areas such as hallways, lobbies, stairways, etc.

1. Clean and maintain assigned areas, including picking up and removing trash and debris.
2. Handle property cleanup, including bio-chemical materials.
3. Perform preventative care of equipment and supplies.
4. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred: at least one year of cleaning experience.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during the shift.
• Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 100 pounds.
