Part-Time House Manager Needed in Florence, AZ

Haven Home Management is seeking an experienced, reliable Home Manager for a fun, busy household of five, including toddler twin boys and a school-aged daughter. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organizing, has a knack for turning a busy space into a functional one, and takes pride in creating a calm, well-run home. This is a long-term position.

Location Florence, AZ

Hours 8-12 hours/week over 2-3 days, flexible based on candidate fit

Compensation $26-$28/hr

Start Date Mid October

About the Family

This is a warm, busy family of five. Mom will be returning to work and traveling weekly, so they're looking for a dependable extra set of hands to help keep the household running smoothly. This includes tidying, organizing, and decluttering as the family works through several ongoing projects around the home. There is childcare coverage in place, but would appreciate someone who is comfortable and warm around children. There is a small dog present in the home, but no care required.

Daily Responsibilities

• General tidying throughout the home – clean up bedrooms, playroom, & main areas
