Haven Home Management is seeking a part-time House Manager for a warm, busy family in Florence, AZ. You will organize, tidy, and declutter to create a calm, well-run home for five, including toddlers and a school-aged child.

The ideal candidate is naturally organized, independent, discreet, and reliable, with a flexible schedule to adapt to a busy family's changing needs. This is a long-term, part-time role with stable hours.

Formación

• Previous experience in household management or professional home organizing
• Naturally organized – can look at a space and figure out how to bring order to it
• Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
• Trustworthy, discreet, and reliable
• Comfortable in a home with young children
• Flexible and adaptable to a busy family's changing needs

Responsabilidades

• General tidying and light housekeeping across bedrooms, playroom, and main areas
• Ongoing organizing projects – helping create and maintain systems that work for a busy family
• Assisting with purging/decluttering and making periodic donation drop-offs
• Helping prep the home for guests
• Serving as a reliable extra set of hands for a busy household
