Atrium Hospitality's Des Moines Sheraton in West Des Moines, IA is seeking a part-time server with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences at the Des Moines Sheraton location.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, presenting menus, taking and delivering orders, processing payments, and maintaining a clean, well-stocked station while coordinating with the kitchen. Certification in food safety and alcohol awareness is required or must be obtained within 60 days.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Food safety and alcohol awareness certification or willingness to obtain within 60 days.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs, push/pull up to 20 lbs, and stand/walk for the full shift.
• Friendly and professional demeanor with strong communication skills.
• Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, present menus, answer questions, and suggest food and beverage options.
• Take and deliver food and beverage orders to guest rooms with care and timeliness.
• Accurately process guest payments and report tips for tax compliance.
• Maintain a clean and well-stocked wait station and handle VIP amenity setups.
• Follow safety and sanitation procedures, including coordination with the kitchen.
