Aparium Hotel Group is seeking a part-time Mulberry Street Tavern Server in Des Moines. You will join a cohesive service team under the Restaurant Manager, delivering memorable guest experiences with knowledgeable beverage and menu handling.

Qualifications

• Candidate must have strong guest service mindset and hospitality savoir-faire.
• At least 1 year of restaurant server experience in a hotel or freestanding restaurant.
• TIPS alcohol service certification is required.
• Must meet local age requirements to serve alcohol.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift to manage service duties.

Responsibilities

• Uphold and model Aparium's People, Place and Character principles.
• Provide friendly greeting and ensure proper steps of service for exceptional guest experiences.
• Maintain in-depth menu knowledge to aid safe service and allergy considerations.
• Conduct timely and accurate serving and beverage service while handling transactions.
• Support team with knowledge sharing and constructive feedback in a busy service environment.
• Assist other areas of F+B as needed.
