Atrium Hospitality is hiring for a part-time food and beverage role at the Des Moines Sheraton, located in West Des Moines, IA. You will greet guests, take orders, and deliver food and beverages with attention to accuracy and timeliness.

You may also assist with guest payments and VIP setups while upholding safety standards. The position offers part-time hours with a pay range of $11 to $11.55 per hour, plus Atrium benefits and employee discounts as described in the job posting.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience (server or cashier experience is a plus)
• Food Safety and Alcohol Awareness certified or willing to become certified within 60 days
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, push/pull up to 20 lbs, and stand/walk for the full shift
• Friendly and professional demeanor with strong communication skills
• Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, present menus, answer questions, and suggest food and beverage options
• Take and deliver food and beverage orders to guest rooms with care and timeliness
• Accurately process guest payments and report tips for tax compliance
• Maintain a clean and well-stocked wait station and handle VIP amenity setups
• Follow safety and sanitation procedures, including coordination with the kitchen
