Responsibilities

• Maintain timelines and work schedule per preventive maintenance program.
• Check work orders and night reports for assignments.
• Perform preventive maintenance on laundry and kitchen equipment.
• Maintain guestrooms using the preventive maintenance program.
• Change air-conditioning filters and inspect HVAC equipment.
• Perform general maintenance in guestrooms and public areas.
• Assist other engineering personnel and respond to guest requests as assigned.
