Job summary

Qualifications

• Clean and professional appearance.
• Ability to communicate clearly (speaking and writing).
• Ability to utilize basic technology (smartphone and computer).
• Experience in maintenance or building trades preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain timelines and work schedule per preventive maintenance program.
• Check work orders and nightly reports for assignments.
• Perform preventive maintenance and monitor equipment (laundry, kitchen, HVAC).
• Change filters, belts, and lubricate equipment; check for unusual noise or vibration.
• Repair locks and perform general maintenance in guestrooms and public areas.
• Assist in all phases of repair work and with other engineering staff.
