Concord Hospitality Brand is seeking a part-time Maintenance Technician to join our Engineering team. You will ensure hotel equipment and systems operate safely and efficiently, performing preventative maintenance, repairs, and upkeep to provide a safe, comfortable environment for guests and staff.
You will work with the Chief Engineer on building projects, perform routine checks, and respond promptly to maintenance issues.
Formación
- Previous maintenance or facility repair experience.
- Hands-on problem solving with a proactive attitude.
- Basic knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems preferred.
- Reliable, team-oriented, and guest-focused.
Responsabilidades
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs to keep equipment and facilities in top condition.
- Assist the Chief Engineer with building and grounds projects.
- Conduct preventative maintenance checks and maintain safety standards.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and maintenance issues with professionalism and courtesy.
- Support other departments when needed and follow all emergency and safety procedures.
