Responsibilities

• Respond to guest repair requests promptly and professionally.
• Perform maintenance in guest rooms, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC tasks.
• Check PMS for new maintenance requests and update task remarks after completion.
• Interpret readings from meters and gauges and take corrective actions.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment to prevent downtime.
• Maintain security and confidentiality of guest information and property.
• Be available for emergencies and act to protect guests and assets.
