Hireology Franchise Hotel on Hollywood Beach is seeking a part-time Evening Maintenance Tech to handle upkeep and repairs, address guest requests, and maintain equipment. The ideal candidate is skilled, hardworking, and possesses strong problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic maintenance tasks including painting, electrical, plumbing, HVAC and pool/spa repairs.
• Troubleshoot and repair company machinery, equipment or appliances.
• Note items in need of attention while walking the property.
• Respond to guest room and maintenance requests promptly.
• Keep maintenance storage areas clean and organized.
• Assist with inventory control.

• Respond to guest room calls/maintenance calls in a timely manner
• Keep all maintenance storage areas neat and clean
• Be an active participant in inventory control

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent qualification required
• Minimum of 2 years working experience in a similar role
• Extremely organized with good communication skills
• Detailed oriented with an aptitude for problem-solving
