Qualifications

• At least 2 years of mechanic experience in a hotel or related field.
• HVAC, electrical, plumbing, boiler operations and general maintenance skills required.
• Must be able to bend, kneel, lift, push, carry and pull up to 75 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic repair work, painting, wall covering, plumbing, electrical work.
• Maintain pool and spa and record testing as required by regs.
• Clean internal areas, maintain building grounds and parking lot.
