Job summary

Quorum Hospitality is seeking a Part-Time Maintenance Engineer/Painter for La Serena Villas. You will keep hotel infrastructure in top condition, handle repairs, and perform preventative maintenance including painting, carpentry, and plumbing to support guest satisfaction.

The role requires prior hotel maintenance experience, a high school diploma, and a trade license is preferred. This on-site position offers benefits and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Licensed in a trade preferred.
• Prior hotel/industry engineering experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle maintenance requests swiftly to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Follow procedures and report emergencies immediately.
• Perform preventative maintenance including carpentry, painting, plumbing and minor repairs.
• Conduct regular property walks to identify issues and ensure cleanliness.
• Follow up on alarms or safety concerns promptly.
• Assist in pool and spa health code maintenance.
• Assist housekeeping with room setup and cleaning tasks as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
