Job summary

The Westin Dallas Downtown is looking for a Part-Time AM or PM Hotel Maintenance Engineer to maintain the hotel's equipment and physical plant. This role requires performing routine maintenance, responding to emergencies, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in hotel maintenance or related field.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
• Flexibility to work different days including holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on hotel equipment and systems.
• Respond to emergency situations like power outages and floods.
• Perform preventative maintenance to ensure equipment longevity.
• Coordinate with outside contractors as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and hotel policies.
• Assist with other duties assigned by the Chief Engineer.
