Job summary

Westin Dallas Stonebriar Golf Resort & Spa in Frisco, TX is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Engineer to sustain building systems, ensure guest safety, and uphold the property’s standards. The role involves preventive maintenance, minor repairs, and routine equipment service across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry tasks.

Ideal candidates have HVAC/electrical/plumbing skills, basic carpentry abilities, and good communication to coordinate with supervision, colleagues, and guests.

Qualifications

• HVAC, electrical, plumbing or carpentry trade skills are required or preferred.
• Hotel industry experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preventative maintenance and complete work orders to maintain the hotel and its product quality.
• Perform scheduled maintenance assignments (e.g., room care).
• Check electrical systems and perform minor repairs or replacements as needed.
• Maintain and repair hotel equipment including boilers, pool, HVAC, and plumbing fixtures.
• Service and maintain the pool and continuously monitor chemical levels and filtration.
