Job summary

Warwick Hotel in Dallas seeks a Maintenance Engineer to maintain the entire hotel facility, including HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems, and related equipment. You will support energy management programs and perform routine maintenance across guest areas and back-of-house spaces.

Responsibilities include completing work orders, managing safety procedures, training other teams, and reporting on building health to leaders. This is a full-time, on-site role requiring flexibility in scheduling.

Qualifications

• Must be able to speak, read, write and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace.
• Must be able to read and write to facilitate the communication process.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders and assess the safe and efficient maintenance of hotel facilities and equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance on public spaces, meeting rooms, and guest areas; complete repairs and renovations as needed.
• Adhere to purchasing policies, manage bids, budgets, and contractor schedules; follow OSHA procedures.
