Job Summary

Boozehounds is Palm Springs’ dog-friendly, Michelin recommended hotspot — and we’re gearing up for our biggest, busiest season ever. We’re looking for the most hospitable, energetic, and talented hosts in the desert to join our pack. If you love creating unforgettable experiences, thrive in a high-energy environment, and want to be part of a place that’s as fun and vibrant as it is professional, this is your shot. Please note that this is a part‑time position.

Our Pack Rules
  • Unapologetically Us – We don’t fit in a box, and we don’t tone it down.
  • Come Hell or High Water – We make it happen, no excuses.
  • All‑Inclusive Hospitality – We put people first, giving all guests a great time, every time.
  • Protect the Brand – Our aesthetic is everything. We honor it by keeping every detail on point.
  • We’re Good Humans – We work hard, keep our word, and do the right thing.

The culture here is everything — warmth, integrity, and a team that actually likes each other. We love to grow from within, we love to have fun, and we love to get creative. And yes, the pups are part of the family too.

On top of that, we offer employee discounts, paid sick leave, real opportunities to grow your career, and a workplace where people actually want to be.

Our food and drinks have the same energy as the space—fresh, bold, and a little playful. The menu mixes California comfort with global flavors, and the cocktails are crafted to look as good as they taste. Elevated but never pretentious.

Boozehounds isn’t just a restaurant — it’s a massive indoor/outdoor playground where something’s always happening: Pride parties, NYE celebrations, drag brunch, chef dinners, and private events of every size. There’s never a dull moment, and there’s always a reason to bring your best energy.

If this sounds like your vibe, come join the pack.
