Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year experience in a similar role.
• Experience answering high-volume phone lines professionally and timely.
• Problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist leadership by training, mentoring and influencing The Source Service Standards and steps of service required daily.
• Ensure every member and guest is welcomed by name (if local) and new guests are welcomed warmly.
• Answer high-volume phone lines and provide accurate information on menus, hours, amenities and reservations.
• Create reservations for club/restaurants and assist F&B Managers on floor with service standards.
• Maintain friendliness, accuracy and discretion in all calls and interactions.
• Collaborate with reception to ensure excellent member service and manage expectations.
• Build relationships with members and guests and relay feedback to management.
• Foster a positive atmosphere by remaining approachable and professional.
