• Minimum 1 year hospital/outpatient experience focusing on mental health.

Responsibilities

• Provide emotional support and counseling to patients and families.
• Conduct psychosocial assessments and assist in treatment plan development.
• Coordinate discharge planning as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Complete documentation and maintain clinical records during length of stay.
