Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, is seeking a Part-Time Security Officer for a hospital security patrol in Cleveland, OH. The role involves unarmed patrols, monitoring facilities, and providing excellent customer service to patients, visitors, and staff.

You will respond to incidents, assist with access control, and maintain a welcoming environment while adhering to location procedures. Scheduling and shifts are flexible to fit your needs.

Qualifications

• Meet hospital vaccination requirements.
• Able to work in a hospital morgue environment.
• Able to restrain individuals when necessary.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Age 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by law.
• Drug screen required by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures and policies.
• Respond to incidents calmly and document observations as required.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols in healthcare facilities and surrounding areas.
• Assist with access control, visitor directions, and the orderly flow of people.
• Maintain a professional presence and communicate respectfully with diverse individuals.
