Allied Universal in Cleveland, OH is seeking a part-time unarmed Security Officer to provide patient, visitor, and staff protection within a healthcare environment. You will patrol, monitor access, and respond to incidents while delivering courteous service and clear communication.

Responsibilities include maintaining a visible presence, completing logs, and following site policies. Candidates must meet vaccination requirements; CPR is preferred and a high school diploma is required.

Qualifications

• Vaccination requirements for hospital staff.
• Background check required by law.
• Drug screen to be conducted.
• Criminal history considered in accordance with laws.
• Age: 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors by following security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and critical situations calmly and coordinate with first responders.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, parking areas, entrances, and perimeters; document observations.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor direction and patient transport routes.
• Complete activity logs, incident reports, and shift documentation as required.
