Job summary

TouchPoint Support Services, part of Compass Healthcare, is hiring for patient servers to support Ascension Health hospitals nationwide. The role is part-time with shifts Monday through Friday and rotating weekends; pay ranges from $15.00 to $15.50 per hour.

Perks include free employee parking, onsite gym, and training opportunities. As a patient server, you will assist with menu selections, tray assembly and delivery, and special dietary requests while maintaining accuracy and hygiene

Qualifications

• Prior customer service and food service experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for patient food service on assigned units, including menu selections, tray assembly, tray delivery and pick-up, special requests and needs, and in-between meal food delivery.
• Maintains accurate and current information for each patient on assigned unit(s).
• Communicates any patient related problems/concerns to appropriate personnel in a timely manner.
• Adheres to facility confidentiality and patients' rights policy per HIPAA.
