Job summary

TouchPoint is hiring full-time PATIENT SERVER to support patient meals at Ascension Seton Cedar Park Hospital. You will manage menu selections, assemble and deliver trays, and respond to patient dietary needs.

This role requires strong customer service experience and the ability to work with nursing staff to ensure accurate diet orders. The position offers a full-time schedule with flexibility across days, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service and patient service experience required.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.
• Computer technical skills to operate hospital systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for patient food service on assigned units, including menu selections and tray assembly.
• Deliver trays to patients and handle in-between meal food delivery.
• Adhere to dietary restrictions and modify menus per patient needs.
• Coordinate with nursing staff to ensure accurate diet prescriptions and patient satisfaction.
• Maintain clean and orderly work areas and follow safety and sanitation guidelines.
